1. Order for items from stock
 
1.1   Minimum order quantity and minimum order amount
There is no minimum order quantity for an individual item. You may order as little as one piece per item, however to economize on handling charge, you may consider to order more items at once.  
 
1.2   Stock availability
Stock levels are updated from time to time. However, stocks are subject to availability and we reserve the right to accept or deny any order, or to limit the order quantity on any item, without prior notice. In the case of payment already received we will suggest alternative styles or arrange immediate refund.

1.3 Conformity of goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, since colours of the natural stones do have variations, we cannot guarantee that the reproduction of the products will be exactly the same as the picture shown on the website. In addition, we are not liable for any variation in colour caused by the computer system. 

 
2. Order for items in small large quantities

If you are interested in ordering large quantities, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone on (852) 2893 0082 or e-mail through info@gazdesignworkshop.com. We will then discuss the different prices, as well as the terms and conditions with you further.
 
 
3.   General conditions
 
3.1   Delivery responsibilities
We are not liable for any loss or delay caused by incorrect or invalid information provided by customer. We are also not liable for carriers' delay or damage during transportation.
 
3.2   Defects and claims
Please report all defects of goods received immediately. Upon provision of evidence (e.g. pictures, or goods returned to us) we will arrange replacement or credit towards customers' next purchase.   We reserve the right to judge the validity of quality claims as well as the mode of compensation.
 
3.3   Privacy
We certify that all information obtained from customer will be held strictly confidential, and will be used for the sole purpose of conducting business transactions with our company.
